WTO DISPUTE SETTLEMENT REPORT CARD

Specifically, this report looks at which parties are involved in cases, what subjects the cases revolve around, the agreements complaints are based on and the types of disputes resulting from this. Finally, current status and repetition of cases are examined. This report card should help readers to gain an understanding of what is happening in the WTO dispute settlement system.
